I’ve been buying vanilla beans from Vanilla Dreams since i found them on the internet about 4 years ago. I was on the search for Australian grown. Tired of imported beans at high prices and of questionable quality. The search paid off, and I’ve never looked back. The quality Is outstanding, the flavours are perfect. I use the whole bean, making a huge variety of desserts, ice cream and nut milks. I’m just a mum who luvs to cook for her family using the freshest Australian produce. Remember buying seasonal products means you’ll need to buy a years worth, but all the vanilla products keep so well…. I’ve never thrown out one single bean. Im a big fan of the beans. I have tried beans from all over the world and while I have liked some of them, yours have had a universal thumbs up from all tasters of my gelato.

I love this product. The three vanilla beans I bought are currently in the fridge soaking in vegetable glycerin. It will take 3 months, but then I will have homemade vanilla essence with no sugar, alcohol and various additives.I can’t wait. It will also be just in time for Christmas, so both for baking and presents it will be very useful.

Wow vanilla smells soon as I opened the envelope, you know it is great quality!
